(1) In accordance with the share sale rules, the committee may grant a payment deadline from time to time to the persons who take the shares for the remaining amounts due for the payment of the shares at a certain time as it sees fit. But notice of payment due date should not be issued so that another amount must be paid within one month from the date of payment of the last payment due date.
(2) Upon receipt of notice as per sub-rule (1), every shareholder or creditor shall make payment to the designated person at the time and place specified by the committee.
